Acceptable use

You must not use this website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.

Competitions and promotions

Competitions and promotions run by Tide Radio uk are subject to the terms published with them. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Tide Radio uk is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website.

Vouchers and payments

Vouchers sold on this website are offers from local businesses, sold by Tide Radio uk. Prices are shown in full before you pay, and payment is taken securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Your voucher codes are sent by email as soon as your payment is confirmed. Please check your spam folder, or contact us if they do not arrive.

Each voucher must be redeemed with the named business, under the redemption instructions and any expiry date shown on the deal. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of purchase and before the voucher is used for a full refund. Used vouchers cannot be refunded. If a business is unable to honour a voucher, contact us and we will help put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
