Buying vouchers
When you buy a voucher we collect your name, email address and billing address so that we can send you your voucher, process the payment and help with any problems. When you buy from our shop we also collect a delivery address so we can send your order. For age-restricted offers we also ask for your date of birth, to confirm you are old enough. The business providing the deal can see your name and voucher code so that it can accept the voucher when you use it.
Payments are processed by Stripe, who receive your card details directly. Tide Radio uk never sees or stores them. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
We keep purchase records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes, and then delete them. You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct it, at any time.
